We generally look for the following criteria when considering equity investments:
EBITDA greater than $5MM
Headquartered in the United States
Family-owned/owner-operated companies (with no existing institutional owners)
Current owners/management team members that expect to maintain a meaningful ownership stake alongside Acacia
Preferred Industries: IT Services, Business Services, Consumer Products, Consumer Services, Health Care Services, Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, Packaging, Manufacturing
Owners prioritize Acacia’s differentiated approach with regard to the use of debt, business philosophy, and time horizon
